Our Estate Sale/Liquidation Service is based on commission, there are no up-front costs. We are a

full-service company that works to get the most money for your estate. There is a lot involved in

conducting a successful and profitable estate sale and our experienced

staff affords our clients the peace of mind that our conducting an Estate Sale or

Liquidation will be a smooth and pleasant experience.

For every estate sale, we provide thorough and comprehensive marketing and

advertising: newspaper, internet advertising, email and street postings in the area. We

sort, stage, research and price all sale-able items, provide tables and display cases as needed and

of course a professional & courteous staff. All personal items and documents are set aside. Our sales

are usually conducted over a 2 day period.

After the sale we determine the best way to distribute or dispose of any unsold items.

We will provide you with the cost for removing the rest of the items and leaving the

premises in a broom clean condition.

No job is too small or large. We are always looking to work with realtors, attorneys

and other professionals who have residential or commercial properties that need liquidations or
